Our training focus is dedicated towards making you move your best in all of your daily endeavors. We view every individual as an athlete in that the challenges and stressors of everyday life that puts strain on every body. Being able to manage gravity, momentum, and ground reaction forces is a necessity that cannot be overlooked. The end goal is to move in a smooth and efficient way, free from pain and without reservation.
By acknowledging the laws of human function, we are able to integrate individual muscles to work like the team, which is exactly how they were intended to function by design. Our bodies are capable of moving in a 3 dimensional field with varying speed, balance, stability, strength, power, and coordination; and by exposing it to new demands you will be able to enjoy the way your new body moves and looks.
We invite you to our playground and to accept the challenge of physically moving your body in new and challenging ways, pushing yourself in ways you thought you were incapable of and most importantly, creating results that will last a lifetime.
Private Training:
The most individualized and comprehensive format of training. You will get a program that is tailored specifically for you based on your goals, needs, wants and abilities. You will be progressed through various phases of training at your individualized pace. With our eyes on you and only you, there is nowhere to hide.
Partner Training:
You and a partner share a trainer and the cost of a session. This dynamic adds to a traditional session by adding extra motivation that comes with having the support of a partner. Naturally, this keeps clients more engaged by having a friendly competitive environment. After all, doesn’t misery love company?
Semi-Private Training (3-4 people):
The most dynamic and energetic training formats that we offer. The benefits to this format includes team accountability to everyone in the group, forming relationships and bonds with the group which increases adherence and enjoyment and is the most cost effective type of training. Enjoy the group camaraderie of working, sweating and laughing together.
